About Us

Our company was founded in 1947 by Dennis M. Zeigler and his family. He came up with the name “Walter W. Zeigler’s Sons, Inc.” to honor his late father. We started as a manual batch plant with a fleet of 2.5-cu-yd mixers. Today, we have two automated batch plants and 15 10-cu-yd mixers with front and rear discharge capabilities.

John C. Zeigler joined the company in 1971, while Michael P. Zeigler followed suit in 2001. They manage our daily operations. Many of our employees have also been with us for years. Their extensive knowledge of concrete mixes and our plant’s mix design capabilities helped Zeigler Concrete become a trusted name in York County’s construction industry.

We are proud to have been part of many major commercial, residential, educational, and agricultural construction projects in the county. Our company looks forward to serving the community for years to come.
